Kalika, in her retirement years, lives purposefully in healing support for herself and others in and around the 100 Mile House area, as well internationally. Years devoted to this path has supported the rising of building and in her knowledge and skill for her, your, and humanities greatest good.  She is a Certified Biofeedback Specialist registered with Natural Therapies Certification Board (NTCB), Certified Happiness and Life Coach. Kalika brings over 30 years experience and as addictions Counsellor, she also specializing in women and Trauma-Informed Counselling since 2009.

She comes from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual perspective. Kalika has spent years in education and training specializing in various body-centered and trauma-informed approaches including acupressure, reflexology, quantum biofeedback, therapeutic touch, and in the end finding her own path and knowledge within these tools.

Kalika has embraced prayerful ceremony and has a strong faith. She is rooted, connected, and down to earth. She says, “Acknowledge the voice in your body and the emotions of memory change.”  As a breast and uterine cancer survivor, Kalika realizes that her medical transition was an opportunity, “As I spiraled down into the roots of my disease, I learned about all the layers that formed this de-generation. Like a dove wedged between two rocks, I released myself from them and set myself free.

Kalika feels blessed living in the heart of the Cariboo, BC. With her two cats, she lives a humble life surrounded by nature. She loves camping, gardening, soap making, spiritual and personal development. She is a proud member of the 12 Step Program Al-Anon and an active member in her community. Kalika brings all of this and more to Living Purposefully. She believes we all have within us wisdom to our answers, gifts, and life directions.  Kalika acknowledges that all Peoples’ have more in common than not.  She honours the importance of inclusivity.
